Temporary First Post
The Hooker Manque. No - not *that* kind of hooker -- no, I'm talking hooks. Crochet, that is. I started this blog after going to a booksigning in Washington DC by the creator of the "Stitch 'n Bitch" knitting manuals, who jhas just published a book on the craft of crochet with that "SnB" sensibility, The Happy Hooker. Manque? Well, with the correct accent mrnk, it essentially means a frustrated wanna-be. That's right - this blog is going to chronicle my odyssey as I try to learn how to crochet...
